REFUND POLICY
The return period for products purchased at ELGIR is 8 days from the date of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot return or exchange rings other than initial defects. The product is unused and in the same new condition as when it was received. In addition, all items included in the product, including tags and protective stickers, must be returned. Please note: We will guarantee the adjusted product as usual, but please note that we cannot accept returns.
Please send the products purchased at ELGIR to the following address by Yamato Transport. If it is returned by another shipping company, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage when returning the product.
